If you want to lose weight, build cardio, and feel stronger with a fun, coach-led workout, this class is a great fit—especially if you’re a beginner. Everything can be scaled to your fitness level, so you’ll improve fast without needing any experience.

What do I need tobring to this class?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you have boxing gloves and hand wraps, bring them—if not, you can start with what you have and we’ll help you get set up.
